		<description><![CDATA[To be a teacher is a life time commitment to being a student.  Last nights town hall meeting gave me an opportunity to see we have committed teachers who are learning how to work the system in order to survive the system, to survive isn&#039;t enough.  We need to thrive, our children deserve more and our policy makers need to realize our classrooms are in crisis.  If our government can bail out the banking industry, why can&#039;t it bail out our schools?]]></description>
