‘America’s Test Kitchen’ host Christopher Kimball and Test Cook Bridget Lancaster Host a Chocolate Tasting in Nashville Benefit Event for NPT at the Nashville Farmer’s Market on February 15 is a perfect pairing for fans of chocolate and the popular public television cooking show. NASHVILLE, Tennessee – January 27, 2010 – Nashville Public Television (NPT) and the Nashville Farmers’ Market invite chocolate lovers and fans of the popular public television cooking show, America’s Test Kitchen, to a special tasting event on Tuesday, February 15 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The show’s host Christopher Kimball and test cook Bridget Lancaster will be on-hand to welcome guests, host a chocolate tasting, answer cooking questions and sign books. About Bridget Lancaster (Photo) Bridget Lancaster, executive food editor for TV and radio of Cook’s Country magazine, joined the Cook’s team in 1998, and is currently responsible for all recipe testing and development in Cook’s Country. She has worked on many of the company’s cookbook projects and is an on-screen test cook for America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country from America’s Test Kitchen. Her career led her to work in various kitchens in the South and Northeast, concentrating on pastry, and she has also taught culinary classes and given cooking demonstrations.
